Leadership Promotions to Support Our Growth
Alongside our client growth, Wendt Partners is also strengthening its internal leadership team with several key promotions:

Carla Bertoldi has been promoted from Client Success Team Lead to Director of Operations & Client Success. In her new role, she will oversee resources, engagements, and operational infrastructure to ensure optimal client outcomes.

Samantha Canon, formerly the Digital Solutions Team Lead, has been named the firm’s first Toronto Office Lead. She will lead our expansion into the Canadian market, working with HubSpot and Wendt Partners staff to ensure the market is well-served.

Jimmy Izquierdo, who joined the Enablement Solutions team, has been promoted to Enablement Solutions Team Lead. With his background in HubSpot and his leadership experience at Apple, Inc., Jimmy will drive our approach to admin and user training, system adoption, and enablement.

Quinton Mollentze has been appointed Growth Solutions & Digital Solutions Team Lead. With his extensive experience in account management, traffic management, and strategy, Quinton will oversee both departments, which share clients and engagements.

Marian Fuentes has moved from Senior Technical Solutions Consultant to Technical Solutions Team Lead. Marian brings her expertise in project delivery and HubSpot API knowledge to the role. She holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and previously worked at IBM’s Global Technology Services.

John Crozier-Durham continues in his role as Growth Consulting Lead, and now takes on additional responsibilities as the lead of Wendt Partners’ Global Growth Initiative. He will spearhead the firm’s expansion into the Canadian, UK/EU, and ANZ markets, while leading the Melbourne office and developing key relationships in Australia and New Zealand.
Global Expansion and Commitment to Security
Wendt Partners has made significant strides in expanding globally, particularly into the Canadian, UK/EU, and ANZ regions. Our strategic growth plan is led by John Crozier-Durham and builds on our already strong presence in these markets.
On the security front, Wendt Partners has become the first HubSpot solutions partner to achieve SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA compliance, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to data security and compliance for our clients.
In addition, Wendt Partners has become the first joint HubSpot-FinHub Elite Solutions Partner. FinHub, a financial analysis and reporting suite built natively within HubSpot, bridges the gap between sales/marketing execution and financial recognition, offering even more value to our enterprise clients.
