The HubSpot Portal Elite Onboarding™ (PEO) program is our quick-start service designed to get you up and running with HubSpot as quickly as possible, backed by the benefits of working with a HubSpot Elite Partner. That means we're in the top 1% of all HubSpot partners worldwide.

Key components in the program include the assignment of a seasoned HubSpot Specialist (averaging 7-10 years of experience) who will guide you to success, including these initial steps:

  • Kickoff call and intake call to learn about your business processes and objectives.
  • Portal setup and configuration based upon your needs and priorities, backed by a full-service team of HubSpot experts.

We'll get you set up for success with HubSpot.

Our team is focused in guiding you to success with HubSpot in an average of six weeks per hub. During that time, we will be busy with the following:

Key Points about Portal Elite Onboarding

The HubSpot Portal Elite Onboarding program from Wendt Partners is a unique program that is designed a bit differently than the standard onboarding programs seen in the marketplace. As a result, there are some key points to consider as you prepare for your next step:

  • The program is designed to be applicable to any HubSpot hub, so you can apply one PEO package to a single hub or purchase multiple packages to support setup and configuration of multiple hubs. 

  • We do not distinguish between HubSpot editions in our pricing model, so the program is identical in scope and price whether you are onboarding for a starter, professional or enterprise edition hub.

  • Onboarding does not include detailed admin or end-user training services, which are available as options through our HubSpot Portal Success Training service. Each of our PST training programs consists of a ten-session series with a HubSpot Certified Trainer and all PST programs are priced at $2,500 each.

  • Clients with complex use cases or technical requirements such as data or asset migrations; ERP or CRM integrations; Salesforce-HubSpot sync; Operations Hub applicability; Business Intelligence (BI) or advanced analytics/reporting or other unique needs are not eligible for Portal Elite Onboarding. Instead, Wendt Partners will prepare a custom implementation proposal based upon your scope and requirements.
