SMS Terms of Service

 These SMS Terms of Service apply to the text message program offered by Wendt Communication Partners LLC, doing business as Wendt Partners and Sell More Now ("we", "us", "our").

1. Program description

We send recurring marketing text messages, including event and webinar invitations, event updates, promotions and company news. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

2. How to opt in

You can opt in by providing your mobile number and ticking the SMS consent checkbox on one of our web forms. SMS consent is always optional and separate from any other consent, including email.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Please check your mobile plan for details.

5. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further marketing text messages unless you opt in again.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission.

9. Privacy

We do not share, sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when we last changed them.
