Global healthcare is a complex and rapidly changing field. Deploying effective solutions requires a combination of clinical capabilities, knowledge of country-specific regulations and customs, and managing an ever-changing international workforce deployed in demanding environments. Healthcare needs to be available wherever people are -- whether in a developing country; on an offshore oil platform; in a military field deployment; or in an emerging market. In addition to direct service delivery, the marketplace also demands expertise in program management, quality assurance, staff training and continuing education; regularly and licensing administration; and more. It takes a capable team to be able to respond to these needs effectively in any number of unique settings and circumstances.

Founded by globally recognized leaders in healthcare management with experience at prestigious institutions including the George Washington University international medicine program and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Via Medica International seeks to strengthen the medical arts through innovation, collaboration and education by meeting complex healthcare delivery needs in some of the world's mosts demanding environments. Via Medica services encompass those applicable to the clinical, occupational, consulting, training and academic facets of international medicine, while clients receive field support from offices in New York, Washington, D.C., London and Abu Dhabi.

The firm retained Wendt Partners to assist in strategy development and effective positioning of the firm and its message for a global audience. In developing the strategy for Via Medica, the Wendt Partners team considered target audiences from a variety of perspectives: those seeking specific services; those researching unique solutions; and those addressing defined geographies. These three selection personas led to the creation of a messaging matrix which was then translated for the firm's new website as well as social media and business development. Icons and color coding was applied to the five core service areas to further support effective positioning. Meeting the needs of clients in government, higher education, hospital systems, maritime services, military, law enforcement and oil & gas/infrastructure are enabling the firm to support rapid growth and expansion in the marketplace.
