How do you leverage a history of training excellence in the development and launch of a new enterprise? Sales4You founder Deb Brown realized that she had three objectives requiring her attention. The first was to continue to grow and build Sales4You, her core business and a highly successful professional services enterprise. The second was to leverage increasing interest in her personally as a keynote speaker and recognized authority on sales leadership. And the third was to lay the groundwork for a new venture, Sell Like Jesus, which provides a values-based selling methodology that aligns an understanding of the leadership skills and example of Jesus, with the complexity and challenges of professional selling in today's world. Deb selected Wendt Partners to assist with these questions, beginning with a StrategyFirst Action Assessment.

Wendt Partners worked with Deb to develop a clear market strategy, define her business objectives, segment target audiences, and create compelling value propositions for the three emerging brands being developed. We then proceeded with a brand strategy and development process built specifically around the clearly established business goals and the sales and marekting model being prepared. That strategic clarity led to the design of an integrated brand system that positions each of the three divisions distinctively while also communicating their relationship to one another visually. Wendt Partners was then retained to develop a customized B2B website, business blog, social media components and e-newsletter program as well as providing strategic counsel for the launch and ongoing marketing of the firm to achieve results.
