The Hybrid Learning-Working Model

Participants in the Digital Business Fellowship will be expected to pursue regular guided self-study in order to develop knowledge and skills applicable to their professional duties.

The program is designed to take highly engaged young professionals with a proven interest in digital business, and rapidly onboard them with extensive professional training and certification, coupled with a real-world exposure to business.

The fellowship offers participants paid remuneration while they work on actual business problems, supported by guided self-study that they complete on their own time, using a curricular learning plan and expected timetable for completion recommended by the firm.
