Wendt Partners was established to identify and respond to a dramatic shift taking place in the world of organizational leadership. As a result of this shift, executives today are often forced to work toward their leadership vision without critical support that could help them reach their goals faster and more effectively.

Strategic consultants often provide valuable ideas but are rarely as skilled in crafting the messages necessary to drive adoption of those ideas by others. Corporate trainers can help build internal teams but are not equally prepared to turn training goals into a branding message for outside stakeholders. Marketing and public relations firms offer creativity and campaign expertise, but often don't know how to present a new concept internally or tie it back to business strategy.

Each of these gaps creates new roadblocks for leaders and their change initiatives.
